The BodyBoss Gym 2.0 is a workout package that gives you the same workout that you would do at the gym without the bulky equipment. The BodyBoss gym 2.0 comes with

Not only does the BodyBoss gym have equipment for TRX training but it also has the equipment to do strength training and specific workouts such as shoulders, arms, abs, and quads.

I find this equipment unique because I would’ve never imagined doing any kind of strength training without gym equipment. That’s because the exercise being very specific and the weights being a separate piece of equipment. From what I collected from Amazon reviews, people enjoy the BodyBoss gym 2.0 because it allowed them to do exercise in a new way.
With the same motions you can do during strength training, you can do it at home, anywhere, with easy set up. Once specific exercise that I find interesting to do with the BodyBoss 2.0 are squats. I know that squats work out your quads, calves, and butt, but I’ve always had trouble doing them.
With the BodyBoss 2.0, I could practice doing regular squats with the base by matching my feet with the top of the base, and then when I go down, I would make sure that my knees would not go over the top of the base. I find that the base would be a good marker for my feet and knees so for any beginners who are doing squats, you can still use the elements of the BodyBoss 2.0 to practice before you advance to the bands and a workout bar.
What else can you do, you wonder?
If you are wondering how you can do strength training with the BodyBoss 2.0, the bands are between 0 to 30 pounds. One person on the Amazon review asked the maximum number of bands that can be used at once and the seller of the BodyBoss 2.0 says that most users use 3 sets of bands and that 4 sets were not recommended. But the number of sets you use depend on what kind of workout you want to do or what part of the body you want to work on.
Like I mentioned before, you can do many workouts with the BodyBoss 2.0, including TRX training. Rather than going into specifics, I am going to generalize how you would set up the Bodyboss 2.0 to do specific workouts.
Let’s say you want to work on your quads, calves, and butt. You would have to use the base, bands, a bar, and/or handles. Then you would strap the bands to the base and then the handles to do variations of lunges or deadlift. Another variation you can do is strapping the bands with the bar so you have resistance when doing squats.
You can work on your arms and shoulders by doing lateral raises, variations of the dumbbell raises, and overhead extensions. To do those exercises, you would have to connect the base to the bands and to the handles.
To do any TRX exercises you would have to attach the door anchor to the door, and then to the bands, and then you can attach the bands to handles or straps. Before you put the door anchor on the door, you have to make sure that the door is sturdy enough to be able to take any resistance.

Based on the reviews from Amazon, people like how they can bring their gym to their house and that they can do it in any space they have. Because the BodyBoss 2.0 is compact, many people could set it up anywhere and it won’t take a lot of space to exercise or to store.
Even though the BodyBoss 2.0 doesn’t provide any workout packets or videos, training could be found on YouTube which makes tutorials accessible. People like how they can not only incorporate the BodyBoss 2.0 to their workouts, but they can also gain mass while doing it.
Many of the reviewers find that they can do any workout at any time and maintain any strength training that they do at the gym.
Qualities that I like about the BodyBoss 2.0 is that

What’s awesome: compact, versatile, completed kit, easy to find and follow tutorials, easy to set up, brings the gym back home
What’s not: tutorials seem unprofessional, bands and other small equipment have to be stored elsewhere, some problems with customer support
Overall take: This kit is durable and compact which allows you to do variations of workouts at home! You might have to improvise when you are working out with it however.
A new way to train and a new kit to change your workout, this package combines weights with resistance bands that is worth the investment.
